'A couple of months ago I played at a rave in UK. It was grimy in the best possible way. The other DJs were playing a mix of bass music & what I would call speed garage. That event inspired me to get in the studio & make my own take on it. I'm a huge fan of Flodan, the UK grime artist & the vocals used here come from his sample pack. He's got a great voice & I tried to use it in a interesting way.'
