In 1990 a 16 year old New Yorker was arrested, charged, and convicted of a rape and murder he was innocent of. Even though there was DNA evidence that proved he wasn't the criminal, the deck of justice was stacked against him, and Jeffrey served 16 years behind bars- the prime years of his life. Exonerated with the Support of the Innocence Project, Jeffrey has moved on and is now fighting with his new organization to prevent the injustices that occurred to him two decades ago.
