Seattle based band “The Diablotones” started their venture back in 1995 under the original name Freak Magnet.

The Diablotones took the 3rd wave SKA movement into a completely different direction by blending elements of Latin, SKA, Bossanova, Surf, Punk, and even Polka. Their energy and originality has been felt live onstage throughout the US, Canada & Europe.
 MTV picked up their entire first Album, which was featured on the MTV Reality series “The Real World” & “Road Rules.” 

The band’s second release, “Dia De Los Muertos,” was a strong album which gave the band room to travel and tour. In 2006, the band re-formed to have more fun with the music they had created and share it with a whole new set of ears as well as their die-hard fans.

April 2013, The Diablotones had to take a hiatus due Singer/Bassist Timmy Profit suffered a Major stroke that paralyzed his left side. 

2015 Timmy is feeling better but on the conclusion that he is living on borrowed time. Feb 2015 is The Diablotones 20th year anniversary. And you may actually get to see them this year. Timmy recovery is slow but still is coming along.
