It comes from the hugely talented DJ and Producer DJ Emma.

Not only has she supported The Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show , she's DJ'd at many festivals including Glastonbury Festivals & Camp Bestival, along with having a track out out DJ Spen label Unquantized Records.

"As 'Discography Lessons' is all about promoting positive mental health, I have chosen music that makes my mind, body and soul feel good. - I've gone for music that spans time and genre but all has one thing in common; each track creates a sense of happiness and well-being within me in it's own unique way whether they give me goosebumps, make me want to dance or just seem to caress my inner mind. I start with a mix of downtempo, funk and yacht soul at 100bpm moving through into reworked classics, deep house, nu-disco and italo and finally finishing with some dancefloor beauties at 128bpm. I hope this mix will improve moods and make people feel positive and motivated."
