Does the title mean Wu Wei as in the Taoist concept? I happen to be listening to this in the background ahile reading the Tao of Pooh and find that to be very intruiging if so!

The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first of the seven main energy centers in the body. Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with grounding, safety, and our connection to the physical world. When balanced, it brings a sense of stability, security, and belonging. This track is  written in the musical note C , the note the root chakra resonates with and contains the bija (seed) mantra LAM, which can be chanted to help restore balance and vitality to this foundational energy center. This track is also tuned to the healing frequency of 432HZ.
