Permatrip (The Last Riot)

LSD666 Is a fictional substance created by a rogue military scientist in the Streetflower mythos as a hallucinogen so powerful it would transport the user into another dimension physically for a time and unlock their own genetic power. Based on the concept of LSD25 used for human experiments only taken to the absurd, the use of which will also drive the person mad and in a permanent state of hallucination afterwords, even causing physical  genetic mutations. 
Sleepfuck Motel is a slang made up by those same scientists as a goof on the old Carlin skit for a deep underground black site. What is a mind control human experimentation facility disguised under an abandoned motel in New Jersey.  
A cult is created around the drug outside grows and becomes a global power waging war on the rest of the civilized worlds military might with black magic, guerrilla and bio warfare.  The Last Riot is the final clash of the cult and remaining world powers leading to the beginning of another age on a completely changed Earth saved from total nuclear annihilation by a combination of white and black magic. Mutating the worlds features and everyone still living as well as opening all dimensions and doorways from other worlds into our own. The fictionalized versions of ourselves are escapee's from the Sleepfuck facility who are trying to survive as the LSD666 drug and lawless new world violence & arcane pollution which can warp reality at any time changes them.
