The Thatcher effect is about a cognitive dysfunction that affects the perception we have of certain objects, more specifically faces. A little brain game that offers us a reality different from ours. On this occasion, with “Thatcher Effect EP” I wanted to show that not everything we hear is perceived in the same way. There are infinite possibilities, endless ways of understanding music, whatever genre it is. After a very difficult year, away from my true passion, I present this new 4-track EP, which tells a story, a vision of my own reality. I really wanted to go back to the studio, and I hope you find this new musical adventure exciting, created directly from the heart to your senses. In case you've been living under a rock, this is the newest epoch, in which scientists say we have significantly altered the Earth through human activity. These changes include global warming, habitat loss, changes in the chemical composition of the atmosphere, oceans and soil, and animal extinctions.

And it's not just happening on Earth: we've also changed our own species through genetic modification and technology. We are living in a time when nothing seems certain anymore-but that doesn't mean we can't do something about it.

That's why to raise awareness our beloved KENON debuts with a compilation of nine masterfully written pieces!

Andrea Lunghi AKA Dust has been releasing psychedelic trance music since 2008, always keeping on evolving and defining his cutting-edge, broad soundscape from night-time underground full-on tunes to daytime kick-ass dance floor stompers.
His tracks are imprinted with his easily recognizable touch and you can hear them pounding at most of the psy-trance events around the globe. Many releases followed Dust’s debut album “I don’t like psychedelics” on Looney Moon records in 2012, such as “My friends love psychedelics” in March 2013, “Explicit Content” in 2014 , “Hippie Blaster” in 2016 together with Lunatica, “Loonacy” in 2017 with Obliviant , “Wanamatcha” in 2017, “Thirteen” in 2022 and “Always on line “ with Peace-ka in 2024.
Aside from his solo project, Dust has a role in many collaboration projects: Loonacy (with Obliviant), Foam (with Assioma) and Dustinface (with Phase) and Assault Junkies with Peace-ka.
