Mikrophone 7 On Thee Uprising

Thee uprising is a youth oriented Movement that is structured to bring about change in the community and world at large. Just as the name implies, we are focused on rising up against various issues that affect the community.

We promote the ‘do it yourself; mentality to our readers and radio show listeners; this is to help people realize there are things they don’t need to wait for the government to do for them. For example; the government is hardly responsible for what parents let their children watch or listen to via all media platforms.

We also promote the reading culture, good morals and attitude; especially for the youth. Thus our guests range from artists, teachers/lecturers, pastors, and poets to regular citizens that are doing something to make Zambia and the world at large a better place.

The Radio Show airs every Monday at 10:00hrs on UNZA Radio (91.7FM) and Podcasts are uploaded every Friday.
