Here comes Edgerunner with [HEATMIX031]!

Hailing from Stuttgart, Germany, shares a deep and diverse passion for music. He began studying classical instruments at the age of 8, but when he ran into electronic music in a club at the age of 19, his musical path took a major change. After transitioning from hard techno to even harder styles over his four years as a DJ, he discovered his true love in hardcore mixing two years ago. Mixing his passion for music with his profession in computer science, Jannik also started creating his own music.

Now, as co-founder of Hardcore Generators, he’s on a mission to share his love for hardcore music and its community. HCG   is the first scene of its sort in Stuttgart and represents  the next generation of hardcore! Offering hardcore fans in southern Germany a place to finally celebrate their music. 

His goal in this HEATMIX is to transport you to the depths of "cyberpsychosis," a concept from the Cyberpunk universe that is especially popular in the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and the video game Cyberpunk 2077. The term "cyberpsychosis" describes a mental illness brought on by abuse of cybernetic implants. People who are impacted frequently behave violently and psychotically, exhibiting extreme rage, dissociation, and an ability to see other people as weak or unimportant.

It’s a raw and honest dive into his personal hell and the demons he’s battled throughout his life. "Edgerunner" is a term often used in the context of the cyberpunk genre.
