In the second episode your host, Ariane Mercurius-Taylor, will be bringing you some information about the National Tuition Programme (NTP)- UK Government's initiative to bridge the attainment gap brought about due to the Pandemic and school closures.
This episode will outline the purpose of the NTP, the Government’s plans to extend the NTP past its initial introductory phase as well as some updates as to the progress of the programme since it's launch in 2020. John Nichols, President of the Tutors Association (TTA) will showcase some details on the workings of the NTP and its potential extension period and opinions as to the impact and usefulness of the programme from various educators, students and parents will be highlighted.
