The Electric Frame is the musical innovation founded by singer/songwriter Leyla Ley in May of 2011 but through various iterations the project moved closer to a livelier, edgier sound with abstract lyrics along with an atmospheric driven sound, moving them one step closer to a fresh sound. It created a fusion of the ambiance alternate rock with the fury and angst of punk rock, while adding in a mixture of various pop and new wave bands of the late 70's and early 80's, as well as alternative rock bands throughout the decades leading up to today.
