To celebrate the recent success, the band decided to release a catchy remix produced by their talented guitarist Montel. The infectious club banger has a different take on the original and breathes fresh life into the anthemic song which will stick in your head for hours!

The Enemy

Garnering heavy praise from some of Australia’s biggest media, The Engagement deliver indie music with a stadium sound drawing influence from the likes of Bleachers, Coldplay and Bastille. MTV calls their single Heaven So Close an “uplifting anthem”, Triple J state “they can clearly put together the hooks and glitz.” Fox FM described them as having “a cool 80s/retro sound” and Triple M called them “fantastic.”

Their songs combine earnest storytelling and big hooky melodies to create their own brand of pop-rock that has gained over one million streams on Spotify. They’ve performed to audiences across Australia, including St.Kilda Festival and Oktoberfest. After recently selling out 4 shows at Melbourne's iconic Luna Park, The Gasometer and Cherry Bar, the band continues to showcase new material at live shows with an upcoming EP on the way.
