Like the new layout guys? It seems rather cold and distant but nevertheless it's clean and efficient~ and besides I'll still be making these corny descriptions of my songs like always. 

My inspiration for remixing this song is the fact that I made a jazz piano arrangement of this song a while back and thought it might suit a remix, the reason why I haven't uploaded the arrangement is because I'm too lazy to record it...

Just had an idea the other day to make a short little arrangement combining the Gravity Falls theme with Steven Universe's Stronger Than You.

Gravity Falls is owned by Disney and was created by Alex Hirsch.  Steven Universe is owned by Cartoon Network and was created by Rebecca Sugar.  The GF theme was composed by Brad Breeck.  Stronger Than You was written by Rebecca Sugar, arranged by Jeff Liu (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-liu), polished by Aivi & Surasshu (https://soundcloud.com/aivisura), and performed by Estelle.  Part of the accompaniment was inspired by Magic Key by One-T.

First of all, happy new year! 2016 has been a rough year for my Soundcloud progress. My new years resolution is to create more music, create more... well... creative and complex music and create more original content. Basically everything I want out of 2017 has been related to the stuff I do here because ultimately I want to be able to take what I do here to my workplace in the future.

As for this remix in particular, this remix is all about chords. This piece switches between C major and C minor progressions using mixture chords. That let me go ham with progressions. It's also been a while since I made this type of future bass. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy this remix and enjoy the new year!
