Since 2003 The Floorshakers have become one of the San Francisco Bay Area premier funk, soul and rock show bands. The band has professional talented and experienced musicians that have been performing together for over 10 years.

The Floorshakers are a 10 piece band. Featuring a three-piece horn section, a tight grooving rhythm section and three lead vocals performing all genres funk, soul, rock n roll, R&B and the latest Billboard top 40 hits.

The Floorshakers have that original funky, exhilarating, high-energy, live sound that keeps everyone dancing on their feet. In one night you may hear music from Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, Prince, Journey, AC/DC, to Katy Perry, Lady Ga Ga, Alicia Keys, Frank Sinatra and many more artists from the bands versatile music library.
The band has performed continuously in well known venues as The Great American Music Hall in San Francisco,Wente and Concannon Vineyards in Livermore California and surrounding areas Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe and Monterey for weddings, corporate and private events, festivals including The Gilroy Garlic Festival and Pittsburg’s Seafood Festival. We have sold out New Years Eve shows at the San Ramon Marriott Hotel for eight years. The band was the opening act for the headlining act at the 2012 Rock n Roll Marathon in San Jose. In 2013 The Floorshakers were chosen to perform Michael Buble’s song “Everything” for a segment on The Today Show called “The Wedding Proposal” Get ready for a fun filled event of music and dancing with The Floorshakers!
 
We can provide all of your entertainment needs from a piano for a wedding ceremony then add a saxophone for your cocktail and dinner hours, to stage lighting, PA systems, and wireless microphones for toast, speeches and pre-recorded music for your event.
