Ombrar is a French and British young producer based in Wiltshire, England formed as a Sound engineer.
He is driven by sound even more than music itself which has shaped a lot the way he produces music. Always on the move, his style became harder over the years, continuing his path towards a more violent, rough and unique sound.
Passionate by all the different sound techniques and tools, he keeps experimenting all the time, and his interest for guitars and field recordings, gives to his music a certain texture that is easily identified.
His ever increasing experience in the sound domain has pushed him to develop a live on his modular system.
He also co-founded his own record label “Black Silhouette Records” with his brother back in 2017.
Deeply inspired by the eeriness and unknown of this world, he is always searching for atmospheres that will define his path.

Ombrar to francusko  brytyjski młody producent zamieszkały w Wiltshire w Anglii na co dzień zajmujący się inżynierią dźwięku.inspiruje go sam go dźwięk nawet bardziej niż sama muzyka, co ukształtowało sposób w jaki produkuje swoją muzykę.  Wraz z rozwojem i upływem czasu jego styl nabiera surowości , kontynuując swoją drogę w kierunku bardziej brutalnego, szorstkiego i niepowtarzalnego brzmienia. Pasjonuje się różnymi technikami i narzędziami dźwiękowymi,  cały czas eksperymentując, a jego zainteresowanie gitarami i nagraniami terenowymi nadaje jego muzyce dodatkową teksturę, którą łatwo zidentyfikować. Jego stale rosnące doświadczenie w dziedzinie dźwięku skłoniło go do opracowania setów live za pomocą systemów modularnych. 
Wraz z bratem założył  w 2017 roku własną wytwórnię płytową „Black Silhouette Records” . Głęboko zainspirowany niesamowitością i niewiadomą tego świata, zawsze szuka klimatu który określi jego ścieżkę.

Mix 17 is named "Fear Of Myself" and has been entitled and compiled by Terror Cognitive Dissonance (Jesús Martos). It is an obscure odyssey into an introspective state of mind. Spiked with endless details lurking between the sonic layers, the mix remains thrilling and ready to surprise the listener. This never-ending tension will transform you into a spineless eavesdropper with an evolving conscious alternation.

In 2017, Martos released his debut album "Чорнобильська аналоговий" (Chernobyl Analog).

Kareem, fundador de Zhark Recordings Berlin, ha presentado material pesado de pistas blindadas desde el año 1996, desafiando al auditorio, empujándolos a lo profundo del abismo.

Su definición de Zharkesthetic radica en transmitir un estado claustrofóbico, una atmósfera de arquitectura de sonido amenazante que desafía constantemente las inofensivas convenciones del medio de baile electrónico.

Su cartera abarca desde docenas de lanzamientos de vinilo en Zhark, hasta colaboraciones con productores de techno industrial como Ancient Methods o Dave Foster, también conocido como /ϟ/HUREN/ϟ/.
Además, Kareem ha contribuido a proyectos como el Documental Techno Paris/Berlín de Amélie Ravalec, 20 años de techno underground, la compilación de 10 años de aniversario de Perc o la serie de vinilos conceptuales Connor Thomas de Boomkat The Death of Rave.

Kareem ha jugado en lugares importantes como Berghain, Tresor o Katharsis (Ámsterdam) y ha estado transmitiendo su oscura visión de Techno como DJ y en sesiones en vivo de larga duración.


For the thirty-eighth podcast of our channel we present Kareem.

Kareem, Founder of Zhark Recordings Berlin, has been presenting heavy armoured track material since the year 1996 challenging the auditory, pushing them deep into the abyss.

His definition of the Zharkesthetic lies in conveying a claustrophobic state, an atmosphere of threatening sound architecture constantly challenging the innocuous conventions of the electronic dance medium.

His portfolio ranges from dozens of vinyl releases on Zhark, to release collaborations with industrial techno producers such as Ancient Methods or Dave Foster aka /ϟ/HUREN/ϟ/. 
Kareem has furthermore contributed to projects such as Amélie Ravalec’s Techno Documentary Paris/Berlin 20 years of underground Techno, Perc’s 10 year anniversary compilation or Boomkat’s Connor Thomas conceptional vinyl series The Death of Rave. 

Kareem has played major venue such as Berghain, Tresor or Katharsis (Amsterdam) and has been transmitting his dark vision of Techno both as a DJ and in intense long enduring Live Set sessions.
