I'm the same way Assante, and it sounds like you too might be an empath. we feel intensely and take on the feelings and energies of the stimuli we experience, be it people's words, attitudes, or even tweets. knowing that about myself, I made it a point to clean up my social media spaces, even going as far as deleting facebook altogether because it's a comstant stream of emotions and it's difficult to filter through (I also have diagnosed ADHD and that inability to filter things is a big part of that). I totally feel you on this!
