Morten Østergaard blev skubbet fra magten i Radikale Venstre, fordi han først blev afsløret i tykt hykleri og løgne, og fordi udfordreren Martin Lidegaard dernæst stod parat til at rane tronen. Men var kupforsøget planlagt? Eller opstod muligheden blot i den tilspidsede situation? Den mere midtersøgende Lidegaard så under alle omstændigheder sit snit til at overtage magten. Bag kulisserne handler sexopgøret nemlig om, hvor partiet skal placere sig politisk, og kupforsøget havde sågar opbakning fra den radikale nestor Marianne Jelved. I det dramatiske kampvalg i Den Sorte Diamant viste det sig dog straks, at Sofie Carsten Nielsen havde det store flertal i folketingsgruppen på sin side, og derfor blev hun kåret til ny partidronning. Men intrigerne vil fortsætte. Nedsmeltningen i Radikale Venstre har fuldstændig fjernet opmærksomheden fra  statsminister Mette Frederiksens åbningstale. Her gik hun ellers på strandhugst efter endnu flere borgerlige vælgere. På kynisk vis udnytter hun svagheden i blå blok til at stramme rets- og udlændingepolitikken yderligere. Hvor er Venstre blevet af? Og hvem er der overhovedet tilbage til at ønske Dansk Folkeparti tillykke med 25-års fødselsdagen? Thomas Qvortrup stiller spørgsmålene. Politisk kommentator Lars Trier Mogensen har svarene.

One of the many things that life teaches us is that life is always changing.  To grow is to change.  There are times that are good and there are times that are bad.  All of us go through good times and bad times and neither of them are permanent.  In both good times and bad, Jesus is Lord and He loves the person in a desperate situation and the person in a bright situation.
