Singularis - HEDAYA

Many artists paint their pictures with colours; but few artists can paint with sounds on their colour palette. It is our great pleasure to introduce Soundpalette; a 22 year old producer from Maryland, USA who has embarked on an expedition to experiment to create the world’s most perfect song - an impressive challenge.

After learning musical theory from playing guitar in high school, Soundpalette has since been progressing and evolving his style to his present day trademark sound that carries a deep and emotional vibe within his music. Soundpalette is a newcomer to the scene, learning to produce using Ableton Live just 11 months ago and finding inspiration from all walks of life.

His forthcoming single ‘Questions’ is a complete genre crossover that will appeal to the forward thinkers of the EDM scene as well as the future beats lovers. Soundpalette is by no means just a producer, he is developing his live craft with the revolutionary Traktor S4 to compliment his capabilities gained from using the Ableton Push controller.

Soundpalette - The Underground

It’s rare to find such a diverse producer with years of untapped potential ahead of them; but R.O.M is just that and so much more. The multi-instrumentalist from Dudley, UK, plays a range of guitars, drums and keyboard. Despite his age, R.O.M’s core influences stem from early 90s R&B and smooth jazz.

Unlike most children, R.O.M started producing at the age of twelve to put his thoughts and experiences into sonic explanations of his emotions. After studying the technical side of music theory at college and currently studying a degree in the field; R.O.M is expanding his fortitude with Novation Launchpad, Launch Control XL and Serato to add a new dimension to his studio and live performances. 

The majority of his music is derived from the smooth vibes of Planet Ex; where he focuses on relationships, ex-girlfriends and past loves. Interestingly the feelings in his music are only exceeded by his love of R&B songstress Tori Kelly; who is a self-proclaimed fan of his remixes.

After much excitement and anticipation; Future Beats Records are elated to unveil Hallucinature EP from the talented beatmaker Invention. 

As an avid nature-lover from Ontario, Canada; Invention's custom artwork is just as exciting as his music; constantly wondering what incredible  space age woodland and ocean scene he can come up with next. Working off Ableton and a simple Korg SP-170S keyboard in tandem with a nanoKontrol 2, Invention often ventures out into the forest to record ambient sounds with a ZOOM H4n and a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 880's strapped over his head. 

After kickstarting his first sounds with the good folks at @Kolossus-Records, Invention is fast becoming a must watch artist for 2015!

Talented beat maker and producer Madbliss (@Escents) is an extremely gifted 16 year old producer hailing from Burbank, Los Angeles.

Working with rapper Jarvis Hodges, for the standout track from his UNWXNTED EP; young Madbliss has been grinding and work on music since a young age.  Expect great things from this young eclectic beat maker as the future progresses!

Whispa - I Used To Smoke

When most people hear the name HARIKIRI they immediately conjure up the vivid images depicted in Japanese films of disgraced Samurai committing ritual self-disembowelment in a bid to regain their honour.

Outside of Japan "ha-ri-kiri" is an incredibly widespread misspelling of the Japanese word "ha-ra-kiri" (腹切り, "cutting the belly"), a coarse alternative to the word that is more formally used inside Japan, Seppuku (切腹, "stomach-cutting").

Harikiri's name embodies a number of more colourful meanings, the gerund form of the Japanese verb "hari-kiru" (張り切る). This word simultaneously means to be high-spirited and full of vigour, passion and fearlessly strive further than any other has dared before. 

After learning about the derivation of his name it's no surprise that Harikiri makes such incredible and culturally diverse music.  Born in Birmingham with Jamaican and part Scottish ethnicities; Harikiri (real name André) stumbled upon a copy of Fruity Loops on a laptop at the young age of 15 and began experimenting. 

After receiving co-signs from the likes of ETC!ETC! and other notable DJs, Harikiri worked on his craft with his Transformers EP and expanded his range to include Moomahton, Dubstep, Twerk and Drum N Bass music as well as laying down several remixes. 

From studying Mandarin and Linguistics at degree level, Dré went travelling for a while putting his languages to good use and he currently resides in London despite his fascination with oriental artwork. 
 
After losing all of the data on a hardrive with 4 years worth of music, Harikiri still made major moves in 2014 with releases with our homies Trapdoor Records, the good folks over at Trap93 and it is our pleasure to unveil and support his latest single 'In Memory Of.'

HARIKIRI - In Memory Of

We're truly blessed to find an artist as talented as 20 year old pianist and producer Larce Blake. The Dallas based musician derives his sound from a classically trained background but adds in plenty of soulful, moody and melodic sounds. In 2013, Larce Blake teamed with Terrence Spectacle and formed his performance band, Synesthesia, making Larce the lead keyboardist. Over the next few months the young musician curated a promising international reputation not only within his home nation in the Philippines, but France, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The concept behind Larce’s debut EP which is entitled 'Balmes' (pronounced Bal-miss) is derived from his mothers maiden name. The significance of the name ties to his family and roots in the Philippines and whilst he wishes he could visit more often; when he does he feels empowered and full of inspiration and self-discovery.

Larce Blake - Summer's Over

Deep Shoq is a household name in the Lithuanian urban –electronic beat scene. Coming from a Baltic background, he encompasses various styles, one of future beats, contemporary electronica, soul, bass music and groove based on jazzy chords (hip-hop and R&B music is also an influence.)

With early, illustrious influences that range from classical, neo-soul, hiphop, he started messing around with production and rap in 2005, pursuing a jazzy, hiphop tip, before emerging as a solo artist and pursuing the electronica and future side of beats. Besides Lithuanian compilations, recent releases under international labels such as Project Mooncircle, and Shimmy Records have put him on the map.

Out of hundreds of competition entries @J-Rican and the judges decided to choose the standout remix by @GullyHuTcH-producer that added a new dimension to the downtempo, atmospheric vibe of @Kailuntheman’s production. 

With several interesting  interpretations ranging from house and garage to future beats and trap; GullyHuTcH’s remix showed a beautiful simplicity to the production.

Dutch rapper @Maydien and Los Angeles based singer @J-Rican reunite once again and flow over smooth, mellow vibes courtesy of Finnish beatmaker @SPVCEJVMES.

Last summer, during @Maydien’s #TFBS interview the wordsmith explained the conception of his first @J-Rican collaboration #Mood and how that progressed into the follow-up sound you can hear today.
