Came to think of this song as my Springer Spaniel "Rico" once again thrust himself between myself, my wife and my children just as I was trying to say hello after a short business trip. And that is what he is - a jealous guy. Think of this as being sung by him as he casually grabs a few love bites. Some "minor" changes to accommodate my vision for this song.

I don't think of prayer as a passive activity, but actively engaging and dialoguing with God about the state of affairs be it personal or of late, international in scope and consequence.  I am praying for Ukraine that their show of strength in the face of tyranny may be rewarded with freedom and peace. I'm praying also for Russia, a land of vast wealth and beauty, for the people whom I have come to know and love on the Cloud, that they may know it is a bad actor and not them who is to blame for the shadow that has fallen upon Europe, and in a broader sense, over all of civilization.  Peace is not the exception to human existence, bullets and bombs are.  Love is the state of normal we want to have, not hate.  I offer in this guitar meditation a prayer for peace.

Hi guys, really proud today introducing a very fruitful collab with my friend Dirk Taubenheim from The Gatsbys. This song means a lot to me, as this is my very first song I partly wrote almost 15 years ago. I only finished music and arrangement last year, and considering the great welcome this song had from you all, I decided to carry on the work and write lyrics. 
Once it was finished, I offered Dirk to sing it, as I always thought he had the admirable rocky voice this song deserved. He accepted straight away to sing it, which was an honor for me considering his prolific songwriting career. Thanks for visiting. This is a retro eclectic music mix with a strong keyboard base.  Looming influences from among others Iggy Pop, David Bowie, Lou Reed & Jon Lord. The songs are mostly about the human condition.
