Hailing from sunny South Florida, The Gist brings original rock music to the masses. Since their inception in November of 2007, The Gist has been rapidly gaining notoriety throughout South Florida. Their first EP, Super Duper Uber, was released in July 2008. Their first scripted music video, “Believe”, was released in HD in January of 2009, and their first full-length album is due in March.

The Gist is comprised of front man Gaius Gregory Wise on vocals and guitar, Pete on lead guitar and backing vocals, Yeti the Abominable Bassman on tasty grooves and Capital T on drums.
