Christ Consciousness means to love yourself unconditionally first, before you can love others, too live our lives with an positive attitude towards others, which can be fulfilling and can inspire others on their paths, through compassion, service too others, and understanding, which brings peace, joy, love and abundance, and spiritual growth into our lives, when we practice self care and live daily and consistently.

Doing this can potentially help you forgive yourself and free you from your past, to help you move forward in the evolution of your ascension into the higher realms of love and light, to break you free from this Matrix we are indoctrinated in since birth.
