🔮Volume 5 - This year has already produced some really incredible tracks from across the deep, melodic and progressive spectrum, so this month focuses on releases all around the world since January 1st 2022. I wanted to take the opportunity to dive deep - so in this mix you’ll find some tracks you may already be familiar with; alongside some hidden gems I managed to uncover from the last 8 weeks or so of releases.

Hailing from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska in Poland, Grzegorz Ochman (aka Greg Ochman) has found himself touted as one of the next big things in the all- conquering European Organic House scene. Following the almost traditional route to electronic stardom, Greg began his musical life in the early years of childhood with the tinkling of ivories and strumming of guitar strings. Stints on bands led to parties which in turn led to night clubs. Along the way he found new influences and always sought out new inspiration.

The spring sun shining over Europe sets the mood for summer and fresh cocktails! Fassi's favorite cocktail is a Paloma, the quintessence of a summer cocktail! Well then...seems like we're all set for a groovy summer ride by the Montréal based producer and dj! 

Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Fassi found his way to electronic music only when he moved to Montreal, discovering the city's eclectic club scene.
 
Though he calls Montreal , he says his Heritage is “Interesting “ and he tries to take bits where he can to incorporate into his own music. When Djing, the set are buttery and pulsing, with thick , punchy drums to punctuate.
 
Having much experience playing for crowds throughout the world, encompassed with release after release on well known labels, he understands how to develop a strong and moving experience however you may choose to listen.
 
Whether with production or from his sets, Fassi brings a dimension of sound unique to himself and has proven that his style is one that will continue to whine within the scene and wherever his music will take him!

Past releases were on labels such as Click Records, Bar 25, Art Vibes, Motek and many more. His upcoming release, Desejo Louco, is part of an upcoming EP on Stripped Recordings out on April 7th!

We are excited to present the opening set from this year’s edition of Front Republic: Em!

Em’s relation with music started at a very young age, when she could barely talk but could play the piano by ear. Later on she started learning music through singing and the violin, and discovered electronic music. Since then, Em’s ability to create musical journeys were made especially for her friends, to make them smile and travel throughout her sets in private parties and in events around Montréal.

Meet Florian Gasperini

Originally from France, Florian Gasperini has spent the last decade living in Barcelona, one of the most vibrant scenes in the world where he is for sure a reference. He regularly plays in the best clubs of the city such as The Green Boutique, La Terrazza, City Hall and Sala BeCool.

He has a strong experience in soundtrack composing and sound design original creation for advertising content, promotional content, documentary, website, short clips etc. As well he has over 8 years' experience in daws masterclass and private training sessions as Ableton LIVE certified trainer and official pro-tools trainer certificate.
