Born in 1994 and beginning producing in 2013, Edward Bate aka @drshemp takes influences from the classic sounds of US and early UK garage, using a mixture of hardware, software and sampling in his productions. His first release was ‘Perfect Love’ on Pogo House Records, and he has since had releases on Rawsome Recordings, Frigo Vide Records, Plastik People Recordings, Snazzy Traxx and Hustler Trax.
