Imagine an awesome Jazz band. Now picture a monster sneak up on them, and then a giant battle begins between them. That's what I hear in this song.

This actually went through many different transitions before it's sitting where it is today.

I really enjoy it because its structure is a little different than usual, and it doesn't flow as “easily” as a lot of other songs. This to me makes the different sections so unique and really makes it a journey.
This one, similar to “Kinetic”, is another of my earlier experiments with swing groove.

In the bonus tracks, there is an earlier version of this with a completely different drop called “Baby’s First Words.”
