Hello, everyone, this is Hilary, Hilary Cluett Happy New Year 2021 going to kick it off with failure Fridays, Friday January 1st, but we're going to make it more specific this year. So it's not just my fail. It's my UX fail. And today, as you can see behind me, I have the otter.ai transcription bot up and my fail was I have been using it now for a little while. And I haven't been able to sync the zoom cloud recordings for transcription to otter due to a mis configuration in my settings. So that is something I will be fixing today by following all these steps to make it happen. Hopefully I can have that working seamlessly. But that was my UX. UX fail for the week.
