The Honey Den Biography

	Who we are is the sum of the generous, voluntary contributions made by our friends. Listing their efforts here is not only a show of our appreciation, but also reveals the history and journey of what has become known as The Honey Den. We, Sonia and James, wish to thank all the people below.

	Petra. If not for you the two of us would probably still be making music for only our ears to hear. Your help was always more than just a financial contribution. You provided us the reason to go out and record our songs and free them from the confines of our living room.

	Paul. Your music software and education in its usage has given us the tools to put down layers of musical ideas before presenting them to others to work on. Our history stretches a long way back and stems from an orginial piece of your generousity towards us, when we were still strangers. 

	Azzedine, Sjur and Klodi. The songs may have been conceived on guitar and vocal, but your piano, bass and drums have made these songs into our proud little gems. 'Rain', 'Learning For Myself' and 'Beyond That Way' will forever be imprinted with your musical contributions. Appreciate the time you guys put into rehearsals and the time spent recording at a studio.

	Ed. A little PC mic was obviously never going to cut it. Thanks for lending us a brand new professional mic that allowed us to record parts of our newer songs from home. Also, with your enthusiasm for 'Sleep', we knew you'd be perfect for mixing it.

	Santi, Manre and Oriol. We were very keen to work with the three of you and to try a new approach to recording. Although the new approach didn't make things any quicker for us, it certainly allowed us to work with three very talented musicians. Thanks to you, our two babies 'Stray Katz' and 'In Need' have grown into a life of their own.

	Joan. I hope 'Sleep' is worthy of the stressful day you had at sound engineering in your studio.

	Eduardo. Until yoou came along, the image of The Honey Den on our band page was a shit photo of the street we lived on. Your artistic direction has developed these new beautiful images that now adorn our web pages. Inside that head of yours are visions that bridge the daunting chasm between sound and image.

	Jaime. Photo by photo the world will come to see your talent behind the lens. Your photography is beautiful and your patience and calm deminer complement your art. Modelling in front of a camera for a whole day can sometimes lead to disappointments, but the process and results of your photo shoot have established you as the best we've worked with. www.airimages.org/jaime_leme

	Maria. 1920's make-up was out of our reach before you came on your lunch break to help us during the photo shoot.

                     Daniele, two hours free recording in your studio to lay down some vocals was a great favour. Mixing and mastering 'In Need' into a finished product we loved, was a great achievement!
