Our antagonist and creator of life, an eldritch entity that surveys the cosmic existence through an avatar titularly known as K'ylreh N'ktar (Bastard Son of Azaruul, Sire of Madness), finds his foreboding eye on Earth. Horrified to find this planet riddled with what he sees as existential filth, he plants a seed of his influence on a man lost in his own misery. As the victim slowly transforms into the K'ylreh N'ktar, Azaruul begins the first stages of cleansing - as the humans prophesize the end of days, pure animosity ensues. Leading into the track "We All Die"
