In this episode, I am discussing some concepts from the book "becoming supernatural" by Joe Dispenza. I have a background in #sports psychology and I do a lot of research on the #mindset of athletes, but also how this mindset carries over into everyday life. We are still working on this #red pill knowledge and breaking down often complex concepts to a more practical application. Living a supernatural life isn't about anything super spiritual, although there can be some spiritual concepts that can be applied to this thought process. It's more about bringing your reality into the awareness that it's more about how you see perceive things than it is what you are actually experiencing. Your beliefs shape your perception and it is in those times that when you are more aware of just this thought alone you start to take the rose-colored lenses off your eyes, and see the world in new ways. We all have biases, beliefs, and values and that's okay. This isn't inherently bad because these things shape us and make us who we are. What is bad is when we can't open ourselves enough to see those realities of others that may not be or think like us. There is a whole world out here not just limited to your boxes. Through the experiences of others, and yourself through living an abundant life is where we can discover the world in ways we may not have thought possible. Becoming Supernatural

In this episode we are discussing concepts to help Men move forward with ideas in order to change their mindsets to move forward with their purpose. This is Red Pill knowledge that can be used to change lives and create success. The success is only obtained by using strategies that involve having a plan, executing the plan and seeing it through. Its not letting distractions and obstacles in the way of your focus. I am taking a different approach and dissecting what it means to be on your purpose and why this is important. The Ideology of What Is Your Purpose

In this episode I am going over some red pill knowledge and very deep concepts that Bruce Lee was trying to convey in his most famous interview. He had the mindset of success at any cost. He had a sense of purpose and moved forward with the heart of a lion. He didn't allow circumstances to hold him back from attaining the highest level of becoming, which is to be able to put his words and thoughts into action. . When you let go of anything that doesn't serve you( thoughts, people, things) you can free your mind to flow with life and create at our highest potential. This is being like water! Bruce Lee was ahead of his time and we have to take a deeper look at his philosophies and discover the magic that was behind his mindset.&nbsp; Also for those that are trying to find their way and their path, Bruce Lee's martial art was the "way of no way" his movements patterns his thoughts and because of this, he was able to become legendary. I want to lay down a series that creates a base of knowledge to help people discover their true purpose not just superficially but through the way and path that they were designed to

Be Like Water

#Theflowstateofmind is all about #mindset and understanding how the mind works. The mind is more efficient when it is free from clutter which can happen because of negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The goal is to be more creative, have a more fulfilling life, and do what you love. With intention, your mind is set on a path of life and the possibilities of where you can go are endless. When the system of the mind and body are in tune and aligned things seem to just happen effortlessly.

Alignment

I am going to talk about strategies that are used to hack your mind to be more productive. We want our minds to be set to be on default for success. This isn't an all exhaustive list so by no chance is this complete. I actually may need to expound on more things in another extended chapter because there are just so many ways we as individuals can set ourselves up for success. I just want to bring a few of these things to your awareness so you have some skills to equip yourself for progress.
