On a very special episode of The Idea of Manhood, I sat with Brandon Brown, of  On That Note Podcast to discuss the recent disgusting hate crime against Jussie Smollett. Specifically, we discuss the responsibility of straight black men to be allies for our LGBTQ brothers and sisters and how men. This exchange is an example of how men, regardless of their difference can come together, have a conversations, challenge one another, and show love during a difficult discussion.
