I believe we live in a world where we are too afraid to share of ourselves, to be seen and witnessed in our vulnerabilities, to express our uniqueness, our emotions and what makes us who we are.

We hide in shame and isolation, masking the depths of what makes us human. Connecting just on the surface. Where instead we could be opening up and deepening intimacy as well as connection through our shared experiences.

I have been fortunate enough to travel and meet people from all around the globe, to sit and share in intimate spaces where I’ve listened to that which has hurt, has created a lasting impact and that which has been the catalyst for growth and change.

The experiences that have led them to their unique form of contribution and a pathway that is meaningful to them.
