'spain' is metaphorically the place you go to, far away from someone you used to hold close - the place you expect to be giving you needed change and relief when you feel the fear of missing out of something. For me the song is a longing, warm and dreamy voicemail to someone you left behind and a self-reflective way of admitting that going away wasn't the right decision.

'cage' is about how you sometimes build a self-destructive cage around yourself that's holding you back. This can be your physical surrounding, bad habits you stick with or endless negative selftalk and disbelief. You know about this cage, you wanna get out - but it's easier said than done. You can feel that through the lyrics and music with monotonous elements as well as swelling and pulsing sounds.

I share a love letter here. I'm being honest and straightforward with it but still I'm a little insecure. I'm reflecting on how this person makes me feel, why they mean so much to me and I really wanna know If that feeling is mutual.

In 'only feelings' I found a room to let out again all the feelings of heartbreak I went through some years ago. It's about me trying to understand why it happened that I fell in love with someone who didn't fell in love with me too. Not only did I feel pretty upset because of that but also angry about not being able to let go while that person is gone and will stay away and you're left there with all those feelings - "only feelings" and no someone.

In 'wherever i go' I lay open a phase I had where I felt pretty out of my own body, stuck in negative thoughts and mostly just blue and unmovable, as If I'm carrying dark cloud over my head all the time. It's a sad one but It's giving me so much comfort and hope now by telling me that it's okay to feel that way. Also, the topic isn't anymore a reality for me at the moment. Maybe it will be again, maybe it won't. If it does, I'll be okay cause I know: times can get better. They did.

"november rain" is about how you're relentlessly chasing after something you think you want, something that usually fills your body with serotonin. But suddenly you can't even enjoy it anymore or even anything around you. Everything feels grey and like a cold november rain although you're standing in the brightest sun. By subtly changing the mood during the song we tried to work a way out of this feeling and build a space where you can jam to your own sadeness. It's a short dive into mindfulness and the perfect bittersweet musical therapy for your bike, train or car ride.

Everyone's life and feelings are everchanging like the seasons. 'buds' is there to remind us that there's possibility of an inner spring even after carrying around those cold months for too long. Just like this song we can evolve from a little soft and fragile bud into a firework of bloom.

Sometimes someones soul and behavior is so warm and intriguing, you can’t help but let all your guard down. Without even knowing they create a feel-good-comfort-zone for you where you can be yourself and forget about all your anxieties. 'contagious' is capturing this feeling and lets you float through a dreamy upbeat synth-stream to a place that feels like vacation.

theja is your dose of warmth, the feeling of being carried, vibrancy and subtlety, happy-melancholia and honesty. Her songs transport lightness and weight at the same time. She can feel like just that to you - maybe it's different things. However, all of what speaks to you in her songs, all of what they make you feel is just right.

She tries to comprehend and reflect on herself here and making this music is both to her: it's leaving her place of comfort but also finding it. She'd love you to have her voice as your safe space - cause it's hers and everybody needs a safe space to find comfort and happiness in.
