Jitwam - whereyougonnago? (STW Premiere)

Though beats and fuzzy hip-hop instrumentals may be all the rage, jitwam (apparently from Manipur, but currently based in Brooklyn?) offers something more out of the box with his original slow-motion funk, dusty soul and cassette-spun R&B.

Recent features include Moodymann’s inaugral mix for DJ-Kicks, radio support from the likes of Gilles Peterson (BBC), collaborations with Inkswel and Paul White (MCDE, R&S), and live shows played at the now legendary Low End Theory parties in L.A and with Yuusef Kamaal (Brownswood).
