The Jazz (real name Teboho) is a self-taught South African
born music producer and one of the founding fathers of
Profound Nation Music as well as one of the lead
producers at Mofunk Records.
Growing up with an odd love for classical music, jazz,
fusion and lounge set the path he was to follow,
becoming a music producer that fuses all three genres
with the upbeat style of dance music.
The Jazz has been silently delivering his musical works via
other artists’ projects and releases and only now stepping
out of the shadows to share with the ripe world what he
has to share.
Having worked with, mentored and helped develop
several artists, reworking and editing as well as completing
a number of artists’ work, The Jazz is nothing short of a
musical genius, a truly dynamic musical soul with a unique
ability to bring sweet musical harmony into anything he
