I wrote this in the aftermath — not just of what was done to me, but of what I was made to believe about myself. The lies, the manipulation, the way my voice was silenced, my truth twisted, my worth chipped away piece by piece. This track is my reckoning. My refusal to keep carrying the shame that was never mine. It's messy, loud, raw — just like healing.
