A song about Australia's recent election of Julia Gillard.  The CIA World Factbook says 81.3% of the population are religious.  How would it be possible for an Atheist to be democratically elected, it wouldn't!  (Please don't crap on about how she's "part of a political party and has no say in how the country's governed, therefore her affiliation doesn't matter")

If the opposition was voted in, Mental Health Services would have been increased by $1.5 Billion , this would include 80 new facilities and 800 new beds.  250,000 young Australians would have access to mental health services for the first time.

GUESS WHAT WE GOT INSTEAD???  Julia Gillard has cut Mental Health by $400 million!!!  The people in this world who need the most help are now left without care.  GP's are forced to spend less time with patients.  GP rebates have been cut by 50%.

Julia, I hope you are affected someday and know what it truly feels like to be mentally disabled.  I hope this song helps you get your head screwed back on straight.  Australian people, I hope you can now see your election results were tampered with.

Stuck in a Dream

I thought I was stuck in a dream. 

I didn't have much success in America taking down one arm bandits so off to Ozland. I'm going back home, I warned you America if you're not careful you might just lose two.  This is no joke, I don't hate you but I can't stand liars, politicians I can't stand you.

When I arrived I thought I was stuck in a dream. Opportunities abound if you sound like an Aussie, but I don't – I sound like me.  I took a job shoveling cement from 8 till 3, it maybe healthy but I've got a Masters Degree.  It doesn't matter what you know when every recruiter says go the fuck back home.

But this is my home I popped out near Lower Templestowe, just because my resume says Cleveland doesn't mean you have to be one, you know a hater borne in England claiming to be a local but secretly racist to anyone outside your household.

Time was running out so I picked up the phone tried every recruiter then pulled out the local rag.  You know those jobs that no one wants to do, only junkies looking for a fix,the backpackers too.

Then finally something fell from the sky it was a call centre job, not the first thing that caught my eye.  But at least I wouldn't be flat broke or flat on my back, remote in one hand, and one on my sack.

It was only minimum wage but I was a man with class, I figured I'd bust my ass and earn every weekly prize they had.  I worked twice as hard as the dudes around me and it showed in my stats.  

I lost prize after prize; I soon realized it takes more than hard work to be at the top of a Stellar class.  It takes a man / woman with less scruples than me, someone willing to lie, cheat, and make up stories of deceit.

In the end it was down to one dude and me. I knew he was going to win even though he hadn't picked up the phone in two weeks.  I went to the Operations Manager and he said he wasn't the cheat, it was me.

The CEO had seen the work I'd done, the blood sweat and tears that poured out of me.  He gave me his card and said, anything you need, just call me.

They appointed some girl who didn't have a clue, but I was wrong, she knew what to do.  After one month she said, "stop harassing me".  What did I do?  "You said you like my perfume, that's sexual harassment" dude.

I emailed the CEO, the next thing I know this woman from HR takes over the show.  She questioned me like she was raped when she was three, now a conqueror of men, she had it out for me.  Nelly found two more friends willing to say bad shit about me, thought I'd get arrested for something I didn't do.  Now I'm in the nut house writing this shit for you

THE PROTECTOR

It doesn't matter if someone is following you, maybe they're standing in the shadows waiting, watching.  Just know if I'm not next to you I'll be in the shadow's shadow, protecting you.

When I was a kid I got my ass kicked regularly.  I was bounced from one school to the next with such frequency it would make your head bleed.  Reminds me of a time when I was nine, went to a school next to Columbine.  This black kid jumped me from behind and beat me nearly blind.  He tied the strings of my shoes together and threw them over a power line.  I wanted so bad to cry but just swallowed my pride.  I didn't want him to know he won both physically and distorted my mind.  I could tell you endless stories about bad things that have molded and shaped me but let's fast forward to the point of this story.

It was darker days back in 93' Geena Davis was getting death threats which is mind blowing.  When I first walked on the set of Speechless I had Batman standing next to me.  I even heard Superman would be in the next scene.  Security was strict I walked through two metal detectors and had my bags searched quick.  Dudes in black suites were all around me, they were carrying bigger than average guns, I guess they didn't need me.  Then in an instant I felt this energy come over me.  Felt like when I was fourteen training with real samurai.  Everywhere these Masters went you knew, you felt their presence deep within you.  

I could sense that something was off, I could feel a power that only wanted to do wrong.  It didn't matter who had guns or who was in charge, this was a pro, one flick of the hand and you wouldn't even know.  You may not wake up the next day, have an aneurism or worse, end up in the loony bin forever, they'd say it's just a curse.  Then the moment came, I could feel him looking at you, then he stopped and looked at me too.  I felt the energy dissipate then leaned over and whispered so no one could hear, "It's ok Virginia, Justice is here.  No need to worry, the assassins in the bathroom shitting his rear.  He walked in with a plan to take everything you have then saw me standing next to you.  I changed his whole tune cause he knew I'd lay down my life for you, and I would cause that's what I do.

CHORUS

See the assassin probably wasn't afraid of death or me, he may have even been able to take me.  If I had to guess he probably saw me fight for a spot on the Olympic Team.  Back then I thought I was more of a man by taking down those around me.  I had to prove to myself that I could take down bigger guys on the street.  It all changed one day when I killed a guy in the ring.  But it wasn't this action that made your bad guy walk away from you, it's what's next that really changed his tune.  I fell to my knees and prayed and prayed, I told God that I'd take his place, to kill me so this poor kid would live another day.  I sat down in a meditative state, more than a thousand people and two cameras were watching me, my life's future was at stake.


It was the first spiritual thing I'd ever seen, just as I saw his life leave, his life came back through me and off to him, his body started moving again.  It looked like a miracle to everyone there.  And that's why your killer stands there in fear.  He figures if I had that power back then, maybe I could close my eyes and make his afterlife disappear.  No virgins, no get out of jail free, he'd just evaporate for eternity.

As far as I'm concerned if you have  more than 10 mill, you're a criminal. That Ferrari you just bought could have fed 200,000 but you don't care, you'll just drive by and watch them all die. Well starvation is real, I've felt it inside, I was living in the US at the time. 
My Mom's got a mental disability and now, well, so do I.
I hear there's a magic pill that will make everything alright. Mr. Lilly wants a $1,000 for a one month's supply.
That's just not right, I know 20 people who have nothing they struggle just like me so much pain inside	

This is how it's has to be this day? 
I stand here while you just walk away?

So what's the worth of a man, tell me the truth, do you have some DNA that's different to mine? Does your white collar crime make you transparent inside.  Is everything you do worth 10 kilos of Jewels.  How much can you consume What's a billion dollars taste like?  Why are you so empty inside?
