A collaboration long in the works, Blaf Music (BR) and Artsychoke bring you their Pokémon themed tech house track, Psyduck. Psyduck is a banging tech house track featuring groovy bassline, quirky ear candy, and original vocals by Artsychoke. Blaf has always had a very strong interest in making Pokémon-themed music and the two collaborators bonded over their shared love of Psyduck. The track aligns seamlessly with the whimsical spirit of Artsychokes label imprint, Quack Squawk Honk. The Holt 88 remix of Psyduck is a Brazilian tech-house crowd-pleaser, infused with Holt 88s signature sounds and wonky basslines. This remix retains the high energy of the original track while adding a fresh, minimalistic twist that utilizes Artsychokes original vocals in a captivating new light. Blaf Music (BR) is a Brazilian producer and artist whose creativity is deeply rooted in his passion for art and cinema. With an authentic approach for storytelling through music, Blaf often draws inspiration from personal experiences that resonate with listeners. The track Psyduck is a tribute to a cherished memory of fishing with his daughter, during which they caught a duck by accident. This playful moment sparked the creation of the song, while also incorporating their shared love for Pokémon. Blafs production journey has taken him far, including a feature on a Netflix series and collaborations with record labels such as G-Mafia, Nothing But, Disco Groove, and Artichokes Are Yellow. Blaf also has his own label imprint, Los Brutos Records, where he strives to bring in new and upcoming artists including his own works and productions. Artsychoke also known as Anna Brinckmann is a producer and vocalist from Northern California, US. While relating to Blaf and his daughters love for Pokémon, Artsychoke was excited to join a story themed collaboration as she also loves to incorporate real life experiences into her music. Artsychoke produces a range of genres like tech house, drum and bass, indie-pop, and soft vocal house. She has released on notable labels such as Dirtybird, Club Sweat, Qwerk, Fantastic Voyage, Feral One, Gold Bloc, and her own two label imprints: Artichokes Are Yellow and Quack Squawk Honk. Brazilian prodigy Rafael Moraes, known as Holt 88, has been causing tidal waves since his debut in February 2016 in the world of electronic music. Holt 88 has been dedicated to music production for 15 years. Honing his skills over the years, he has released his music on major, world-renowned record labels. Holt 88 is one of the pioneers to use the 808 bass in its production. He is celebrated for his hits on labels such as House Of Hustle, DIRTYBIRD, Del Olho no Hit, Perfect Driver, his own label imprint, Big Boom Bass, and many many more. Holt 88 is a talent known all over the world with his signature wonky bass sounds and his tech house curated sample packs featured on House Of Hustle. Consolidating its musical identity in the electronic music scene with its production, his strong sound is recognized wherever it goes. While touring the US for the first time in late 2019, he felt extremely overwhelmed by the positive feedback he received.
