Bio

Native Belgium DJ, PatriZe always he knew music would be part of his life. At a young age he bought his first turntables and and quickly grew into the harder sound of Trance and Techno. Over time, his passion grew into the melodic and intelligent sounds of Progressive House.
After years of playing throughout the Belgian scene, his breakthrough was in 2010 with Pole Folder of Bedrock Records / Rework, along with winning the respected NightMuseum DJ competition, warming up for progressive luminary, Guy J.
PatriZe's devotion to hone his craft, has earned him a reputation of seamless transitions, track selection, melodic layers with a touch of tech undertones. Currently PatriZe resides in Thailand where he broadcasts his renowned Foundations and After Hours Series with guest appearances on several global radio shows.
In April 2015 he started his own label AH Digital with his "partner in crime" Hypnotised and his producing career followed quickly.
And it started off well, all the 2015 releases of Hypnotised & PatriZe reached the Beatport Progressive House top 100 releases. Their first EP, “People from the Otherworld” even topped this chart at no. 4 and also reached the top 20 of the Techno and Tech House release charts. It was then also a great honor for them that nr. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva remixed the title track of their popular EP.

BIO
I first began mixing in 1992 mainly at after club parties in Pembrokeshire, only having a few records at the time, but this soon grew into an obsession spending most of his spare time and money in records shops. He eventually bought a set of second hand SoundLab belt drive decks and an old Gemini mixer from a mate and so it began! After eventually saving up enough money and purchasing his Technics SL1200s, he was well and truly hooked and began building a nice little record collection along the way.
My major influences when I first started were my favourite DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, Carl Cox, Anthony Pappa, Underworld and Leftfield. More recently as I am delving into the production side of things, I take more inspiration from my favourite artists like Ruben Karapetyan, Lee Softley, Enertia-Sound, Ewan Rill, Dimitry Molosh and Brent Lawson
DJing has always been my passion. Since competing in several DJ competitions during lock down, I have taken on several key roles. I am now a Director and Resident DJ at AATM Radio hosting shows with guest DJs from all over the world. I host a monthly DJ residency on Saturo Sounds called Synergy, a residency with Transmission Lost which focuses on events and radio too. I have also got another residency with DJs Inbox which is my forum for me to also do charts, reviews, features, and my latest initiative “Embark” program for upcoming DJs whereby we promote them and get them sets on various radio stations to boost their careers. Sunexplosion dives into a more melodic and dreamlike corner of Progressive House with Phantom | Starcore | Gimmick — a deep and emotional three-track release. The title track Phantom is a collaboration between Slovak producer Allex and rising Russian talent Flaist. Flaist brings a cinematic, ambient-influenced edge, while Allex delivers his signature precision and drive. Both artists create a lush, layered opener full of melodic depth. Starcore and Gimmick follow as solo productions by Allex, offering rich textures, subtle rhythmic development, and a more introspective mood. This release marks a shift toward softer, more emotional territories — while still rooted in the underground Progressive sound the label stands for.
