Welcome to episode #009 of Lehmann Club Podcasts!

Another tuesday, another quality guest mix by none other than austrian DJ & producer Sutter Cane for you! Based in Vienna, Adrian is the founder and A&R of internationally respected label Driving Forces Recordings. His driving sets earned him a reputation as an untiring, skillful and emotional DJ throughout all his performances at locations like Tresor in Berlin, Lehmann Club Stuttgart  or festivals like Mayday, Ruhr In Love or Gazometer. Releases on Impact Mechanics, Nachtstrom Schallplatten and Phobiq as well as uncounted remixes for the likes of Sasha Carassi, Pfirter and Nierreich further cement his renown as a producer of quality techno tunes. Upcoming releases include an EP for Unknown Territories with a remix by none other than Black Asteroid. His ongoing motivation and mantra throughout: Techno at it's best!

For this episode of the Drone Podcast, we have a Techno Minded Hero out of Hamburg, Germany. 

Since 2012 he has been really working his ass off, and it's paying out. It is not labeled as regular, if people who have done remixes of your tracks are: Kyle Geiger, Hans Bouffmyhre, Developer and Black Asteroid. With releases on labels such as Dmom, Illegal Alien Records, Unknown Territory and Micro.fon, he is now currently working together with the great DJ Emerson on an album. We are really looking forward to that.

Also worth mentioning is his release under his alias THOPE. The Dope Frequency EP is out on Alex Bau’s label CREDO and definitely worth listening.

It must be a kind of special liquid, thick like a lead weight that runs through Hamburg-based DJ and producer Thomas Hoffknecht, supplying his techno machinery constantly with energy. From head to toe he is pumped with pure Detroit Techno, which can be witnessed when attending his sets, where he seems to be grown together with his decks! With his powerful and pumping sets he turns a party night into something magical. Thomas’ special grasp for the moment and the crowd did not just help him succeed in the republic’s clubs but also with his productions. His dark and pumping studio-fallout can be found on labels like Micro.Fon or Unknown Territory and is praised in clubs and magazines at the same time.
