The Knights of the Helenian Empire are the fiercest warriors in all of An-Darna, they are the backbone of the Helenian Empire's army. Often fighting on foot with sword, mace and poleaxe, they are reliable calvary men when fighting in different terrains.

"Forged of ice and rock, the people of Kelvoch could never be conquered, for they have already defeated nature herself." 

The Lands of Kelvoch lay to the far east and roam upwards towards the icy dales of Edgefall. For most of the land is bitter cold with winds that come down from the many mountain ranges around them, the peoples of Kelvoch are harden beyond all in the continent of Helenia. 

The Kingdom of Kelvoch have defended themselves against the Helenian Empire from the defensive mountain range of The Alyunas. Their High Lord Istvanis Hydrenva is a man of war and have secured a kingdom ripe with warriors and subjects ready to lay their lives down for the good of their fatherland. 

Lands of Kelvoch

"Where sailors dwell and mead flows like water, if you wish to forget, go to the Port of Sturrgo." 

The Port town of Sturrgo is the main trading hub for the Lands of Kelvoch, they mainly trade with the Kingdom of Astaria & the tribes of Siolna. The fish markets within this port hold the best class of northern fish from walrus to whale. 

The Port Town of Sturrgo is also known for the taverns that host the many weary sailors who wish to spend their life earnings on entertainment and cold drink. The taverns are lit up with the parade of rough comradery and lutes to satisfy any patron of the pine wood establishments.

So please, step inside, let the cold out and come drink with the men of men and sailors of the northern sea, for all are welcome!

Port Town of Sturrgo

"Some say that Siolna still holds life...I have not seen it through the cylones of wind and ice in the northern sea, but shadows of ships are rumored to sail in those horizons."

The Tribes of Siolna are a small band of peoples that never left Siolna even after the land was cursed forever by the gods. Although the winds are sharp as daggers and the snow falls like hail - the true believers of the gods have stayed since their inception. 

Most if not all in the realm of An-Darna do not believe the stories of how the olden tribes still live in the arctic regions and only see these stories as mere legends. 

Siolna is surrounded by treacherous seas, the North Sea being being unforgiving in their sailors journeys, only the experienced and well equipped sailors could surpass the many cylones, storms, winds, and beasts that lurk in its very waters.

"If you listen closely, you can hear the horns of peaks and the howls of the dragons above in the clouds." 

The Mountains of Edgefall is in all regards one of the last corners of the World of An-Darna. The harsh terrain and cold climates make it nearly impossible for any human to live in this area, although some hamlets are found in the woods down below on the lowest of valleys in the region. 

There are many beasts and mythical creatures that roam in these parts and often seclude themselves from the outside world. No one knows however what lies beyond those mountains, and many adventurers have attempted to explore this uncharted terrain. None have returned to tell the tale. 

The Mountains of Edge Fall

"Where the cattle roam and the nomads reign, the Great Plains of Loth is the way of the wanderer." 

The Great Plains of Loth is in the far east of the Helenian continent and spans a great deal of unconquered land. The peoples of the Plains of Loth are nomadic in nature and follow the great herds of bulls that roam free in their grassy paradise. 

The nomadic tribes have been there as long as time began, they do not mind the western kingdoms for the western kingdoms dabble in their own affairs. They are especially keen at the skill of horse archery, and wear leather hide armors from the bulls that they stalk. 

Although many nomadic tribes roam free, it is unlikely that any traveler would step in their way, as they are often friendly, they would go to war if any outsider would place one stone in their plains. 

The Great Plains of Loth

"In the days before time, a race of unknown consciousness rose from within the rock and their Arch King Loine defended the world from the threat down below, the internal Nether." 

The Tomb of Loine is located in the far southeast of the Helenian Continent, where the tallest of mountain reside. Within the tallest and thickest mountain slope lies a tomb, old and crafted by master architects, the city fortress spans hundreds of miles underground. Within this labyrinth of tunnels, caverns, and mines lies cities, and fortresses. Walls upon walls creating an everlasting layer of defense. 

The peoples that lie within the mountain were made purely of stone, they were called Greathkins and they were strong and tall in stature. Crafted by their very own kinsmen, the Greathkins were brought to life by the very crystals that lie within the caverns. Colors of purple, green, blue, and green the energy from these crystals were sparked after a great thunderbolt shot at the top of the Frothloine Mountain ridge, igniting life to emerge from down below. 

For the great power that surged through the mountain was sensed by another however. The mountain goblins known as the Dwethom marched through the caverns of the Frothloine mountains and a great war was commenced underneath the realm of An-Darna. The Dwethom were defeated and routed back to their holes, and in doing so was visited by the shadow devil known as the Infernos. 

The Dwethom were then cursed and transformed into a demon race and in their rituals of dark magic, opened the portal of the internal nether, a fiery hellscape known as Fellthulle. The armies of the internal nether now lay a forever siege under the mountain to conquer the power of the crystals from the Greathkin and lay siege to all those who oppose the cleansing. 

The Tomb of Loine

"Long ago, across the far eastern plains of Loth, laid the kingdom of Air Dearmad - from the unknown a mist had succumbed them. No one has come from those lands since."

The Mistlands of Air Dearmad used to be a great noble kingdom in the days of old, however a strange thick fog rolled from the northeast and blanketed the kingdom in a toxic mist. Casting them away from the rest of the world, no one was able to come to their aid. In 545 A.E. the great kings of the lands combined a small force of 10,000 men to investigate the lands. 

The army entered, along with many nobles and lords, but none ever returned. Years had passed and soon the stories of the ghost lands from the far east passed through every town and inn. Followers of the divinity have called upon an army to return this kingdom from its shadowy shackles and restore honor to the great eastern kingdom of Air Dearmad, but their calls fall upon deaf ears. 

For you would need 100,000 men to conquer the mistlands of Air Dearmad.

Lands of Air Dearmad

"The rain falls heavy, the palm trees flow in the harsh winds, yet the fire god Usvolg keeps us warm, keeps us strong." 

The Jungles of Usvolgna are a dense rainforest that is wild in all sense of the word. Usvolgna is the name of the continent across The Whitemist Ocean that seperates the continent of Helenia from the western part of the world. 

Close to nothing has been known of this far away land and many explorers have seen the jungles from afar but once they land are attacked by the peoples of jungle. Since the journey to Usvolgna is such a treacherous one and that the peoples of the jungle lands cannot construct boats to survive the journey to Helenia the western kingdoms keep to themselves. 

The people of the Jungles call themselves the Huthzi and they praise their own gods, seperate from the Helenian Continent. They often make sacrifices in their honor whether it be animals or people the pleasing of their demon cannot be quenched. 

Jungles of Usvolgna

"The elders say that the coast of The Kingdom of Eoath was only water, and in the time of the second Millennium, The Amber Isles appeared." 

The Amber Isles is a magical land that used to not exist in the World of An-Darna. Located west of The Forsaken Kingdom of Eoath - this mythical  island covered in a light hazy mist seemed to manifest into this realm and upon these islands are a race of elfish peoples that tend to their gardens and practice the way of the sword, incantations and magical prowess. 

This elfish race learned in their time of existing have taught themselves to speak to trees, the rivers, animals, and several plants that follow them from realm to realm. In turn some animals have learned to speak their language as well. 

Much of this island and these people is still unknown, however explorers of the Kingdoms of An-Darna actively await their sails to explore the mystical Amber Isles. 

Amber Isles

"No one can withstand the fury of the frost, for we were born in it and we will bring our hammers and axes to the gates and demand everything." 

The Warriors of the North are warriors hailed from the eastern part of the Astarian Kingdom, known as The Fairlands. These warriors congregate around Dallensrock and have become known for their martial ability and never yielding mentality on the battlefield. 

They have a strong connection to their ancestral past, the many wars that have plagued the Fairlands have resulted in only the strong surviving, and although they do not like foreigners, they often sell themselves as mercenaries across the northern lands. 

These warriors are fanatics for their gods Aire, Dallen, & Welnock. The gods of nature, craftsmanship, and warfare respectively.
