The opening Episode of The Limitless Man Podcast and what inspired me to start this. This is a forum where we challenge our own beliefs, perceptions, and limitations we place on ourselves in all areas of our life.

EP#1 - The birth of the Limitless Man

Justin was a drug addict through his mid 20s before waking up to the power of the mind.

He saw psychologists and took medication but nothing he did could help him with his depression, anxiety and his diagnosed PTSD.  His journey within the medical and psychology industry left him with a lot more questions than answers – leaving him unsatisfied with his results.

He took matters into his own hands, leading him to dive deep into many different fields from psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, biology, quantum physics, and more. He has studied under some of the greatest thinkers in human behaviour such as Dr. John Demartini, Michael Johnson the Mojo Master, and many others. 

He has taught 100s of people, including; doctors, psychologists, health professionals, coaches, teachers, and managers - the methodology to transform their clients, students, patients, teams and employees lives and personal performance. 

He has consulted and coached over 900 people to transform their “traumas”, mental and emotional barriers, and create personal clarity and life direction through courses, events and individual programs. He has worked with all types of issues and cases from extreme rape, mental delusions, addictions, depressions, anxieties, relationship breakups, nightmares, shames, guilts, resentments, prides and infatuations.

Matt Gardiner is the host of the ‘Beyond Recovery’ podcast.

He is a passionate and empathetic Recovery Coach & Life Coach who has helped numerous people get out of their 'stuck stories' and move towards the life of their dreams.

Matt battled alcohol dependency from his late teens into his early 30s. He was a daily drinker from age 21 to 30. At age 27, he hospitalised himself with acute pancreatitis. While this was initially framed as the wake-up call he needed, after 3 days in the hospital, he was back out drinking within 24hrs of being released. 

At age 30, he hit a rock bottom moment which led to 3 years + of sobriety. At a friend's wedding, he decided he would attempt “moderation” again, which he tried for the next several years. 

When his dad passed away suddenly in late 2018 (he had been a heavy drinker his whole adult life) he decided on the weekend of his father's Celebration of Life that it was time to sober up once again! 
That was in April 2019 and he’s been sober ever since.

Steven was born in Melbourne and moved to Adelaide at the age of 6 following the separation of his parents.

After the sudden passing of his mum in 2004, he became the legal guardian of his then 11-year-old step brother, which proved to be one of the biggest challenges and learning experiences of his life.

Nidal Rasheed is the son of a migrant family that moved to Australia in 1996, when he was 10 years old. After seeing his parents struggle overseas, he decided that he was going to become business man, as he believed that’s how people became rich.

At the age of 14 Nidal started his first business venture, running six lolly vending machines, while still in school. By the age of 22 Nidal was running his own restaurant business, learning all the lessons and challenges that come with running a small business. 

Learning from past experiences, Nidal bounced back on his feet. In 2009, Nidal started his career in real estate. By the age of 30, he had made his first million dollars, built an impressive property portfolio and 3 companies, within 5 years of being broke and almost bankrupt.

His determination to success led him to win the Alpha Award as a top salesperson nationally with an ASX500 listed property developer. From this moment, Nidal was inspired to start his own business.
With a strong determination to succeed, Nidal founded Silvertail Property Group in 2014. 

His goal is to help others create their own success through property investment and building a passive income.

By helping everyday Australians through educating them about property, Nidal has been able to achieve his goal and help many first time investors enter the market.

Nicholas Kemp is a father, husband, Japanologist, researcher, solopreneur, and author of IKIGAI-KAN: Feel a Life Worth Living. He is the founder and head coach of Ikigai Tribe, a small community of educators, psychologists, coaches, and trainers who serve their personal communities using the ikigai concept.

It was April 1998 when Nicholas was introduced to the word ikigai – a word that has enriched his life and made it worth living. He had returned to Tokyo to teach English at an Eikaiwa school, a commercial English conversation school. On his first day of work, while he was walking to a café on his lunch break, a Japanese co-worker asked him what my ikigai was. Unfamiliar with the word, he asked for its definition. His co-worker’s explanation filled him with excitement and left him intrigued. He couldn’t believe the Japanese language had a single word that encapsulated ‘What makes our life worth living; the reasons we battle on through life’. Upon returning to the office, he immediately shared the word with his fellow English conversation teachers. The following day, keen to learn more about ikigai from his Japanese co-worker, he was disappointed to learn that she had been transferred to another school. More immediate matters got in the way that day, the word ikigai quickly went into hibernation somewhere in the recesses of his brain, and his life moved on. 20 years later, he encountered this word again and has made it his life’s work to train educators, psychologists, coaches, and professionals this concept while dispelling any myths.
