I was born in 1995. The sounds of the 90s were all around me growing up. This mix is a dedication to the era and my mom who birthed me into it, and always surrounded me with music. Long Live Lord Chrispy. 


Love Letters to the Past

This was the first mix I ever recorded with the mindset of wanting to take DJ-ing a little more seriously. I'd been playing around with VirtualDJ for about a month, maybe a few weeks, and decided this was something I wanted to pursue. I got the Numark Mixtrack 3 from Amazon for like 100$ and just started going at it. I didn't know what sync was for, what filters or effects did, stems..? I've presented myself in a few different ways since then, abandoning "TheLordChrispy" out of fear of personal things going on tainting the name forever. But now, 4 years later, I'm ready to come back and nothing is stopping me from doing what I want. Long Live Lord Chrispy.
