Conveying his story through sound, Kourosh Dehghani aka Ensoul explores the interrelated soundscapes of Dub, Trip-Hop, Downtempo, Psych, House, Disco, and much more. Based out of Toronto, Ensoul previously worked at Play De Record, one of the city’s oldest and finest record stores. Building on that experience, the search for inspiring samples, records, cassettes and CD’s has become a center piece of his daily life. Come evening, Ensoul throws down Pillow Talk - a monthly night run alongside Akash Bansal aka Tender Buttons.
