Introducing Anónima, a dynamic force in Atlanta’s underground club scene. With an unwavering passion for the early foundations of electronic music, they have shaped the soundscape with their magnetic sets since 2015.

Utilizing DJing as a tool to facilitate space for others, Anónima founded Unruly in 2021; a DIY techno party that serves to celebrate, but above all else, amplify Black and Brown artists.

Anónima's journey has led a residency at The Soundtable (RIP), Banshee, and performed at acclaimed venues such as Elsewhere, Nowadays, Jupiter Disco, Trans Pecos, and Domicile Miami. Their aim is to provide a haven on the dance floor, where boundaries dissolve. Anónima's sets are more than just sonic experiments; they are catalysts for unabashed joy.

Coloring Lessons Mix Series 056: Anónima

If we were asked to describe @Samo_DJ in one word it would be 'staple'. His productions and dj-sets have swayed throughout the clubs, bars and warehouses of Stockholm as long as we can remember and has been forever known for his simmering, eclectic selections as a discjockey. With this in mind Samo's transition from dj to producer was not at all forced but rather a highly anticipated one (for us fans at least) - and when cuts like 'Tai Po Kau' (L.I.E.S.) and 'Sha Tin 4am' (Public Possession) landed in our inbox we could only smile and take to the where they were meant to be - the club. 

It is a true honour to present you Samo DJ guest mix. Everybody needs a staple diet of Samo.

The native NYC duo is also well-known for their Coloring Lessons parties where they are celebrating the city's black & brown musical heritage of house, disco, soul, jazz and sharing this with the new generation. 

Their infectious and spiritual rhythms dipped in love gives us hope for the better times that are coming. Their end goal is to bring people together. Well, if this doesn’t bring people together, we don’t know what will. A sunny Sunday with Musclecars behind the decks is at the moment a desired fantasy, but that fantasy will grow into a reality.
