I've been struggling to sleep for as long as I can remember. My son is the same. This is a sort of mixtape / sort of compilation of some music I've been putting to one side for many years. There's some sleep relaxation stuff in the middle, and nice relaxing sounds here and there to help you feel calm and relaxed. Hopefully it'll help you get to sleep.

TATIANA SKAYA & 132 HERTZ // L'anabase - Ep. 7 ٠٧ [MIROLOI] @ Lyl Radio

Episode 7 (٠٧) features a special guest mix by tatiana skaya & 132 Hertz (Renaud Guy-Rousseau), a duet based between Athens and Paris. While Tatiana is a multidisciplinary event producer, Renaud is a polymorphous musician who moves between the world of classical music, impro and electronic music. They both grew up in the cosmopolitan Eastern suburbs of Paris where they first experienced music playing as a violist and a clarinetist within a district orchestra. Familiar with classical as well as contemporary music, their multicultural background combined to their shared appetite for sonic exploration led them to dig into a wide spectrum of genres ranging from ambient, folk, bass, futuristic IDM to spiritual jazz. 
Inspired by a recent trip in Epirus, this episode proposes a sonic journey into the Greek musical heritage of a funeral lament called miroloi (μοιρολόι) reaching back to pre-Homeric times. Originally a ritual chanted by women (mourners) to recount the lives of the deceased, the miroloi has evolved over the centuries into vocal and instrumental forms specific to each region. This one-hour mix is an introspective dive into Greek laments in dialogue with what can be seen as contemporary echoes of this ancestral tradition, interrogating mirologia as acts of resistance against fate.

Nick Klein is an artist working in sound and art and sometimes (begrudgingly) sound art with a lean towards the social potential in those modalities as they interact. Klein has recorded a large amount of music for tape, CD, digital file, and vinyl editions for music labels around the world, as well as running his own amorphous label project PL (primitive languages, Psychic Liberation, etc). Concurrently, to the best of his ability, he has shown work in visual art contexts. Klein is uninterested in the prohibitive ideological tropes and circumstances that both contexts offer, and focuses the intent of his work on trying to see what productive energy comes from the friction between the two. Klein likes loud volume, cooking, offline community building, records, bars, synthesizers, and comedy.

Klein is currently located in Berlin. In 2025 Klein concluded a monthly radio show on Montez Press Radio since its inception and is spending 2023-2024 developing a monthly invitational program at the Volksbühne Roter Salon. Klein has collaborated in various capacities and medial materializations with Wilted Woman, Audrey Chen, Das Ding, Hugo Esquinca, Jean-Louis Huhta, Erik Nystrand, Scant, Philip Maier, Makoto Oshiro and many more.

Klein has performed and shown works in contexts and festivals like The Amant Foundation (USA), SARA’S (USA), MOMA PS1 (USA), De La Cruz Collection (USA), Volksbühne (DE),  Empty Gallery (HK),  Berghain (DE), Tresor (DE), Seendosi (SK), Cafe Sismo (CDMX), Cafe Oto (UK), Folkteatern (SE), Burning Fleshtival (USA), Herrensauna (DE), and Summer Scum (USA).

“This mix has been compiled at a time in my life where I feel myself on the fulcrum point from accelerating through feeling young towards physically, mentally, and emotionally on the downward side of a peak and feeling older. It is comprised of artists that are materially and actively a part of my life and making sound that is very important to me, and I think should be important to other people as well. Make approaches to music and sound dangerous, rigorous, and urgent again. The world needs a bit of shaking around.”

Este álbum é um registro experimental e anti-musical [Conversation History], focado no glitch, the ghost, and the lores da era tecnológica, investigando a quebra da estrutura semiótica.

The core theme revolves around systemic breakdown, starting with the Quebrado System, which questions quem é o árbitro (who is the referee) when there is a language or prompt error. We encounter the Silent Protest, a silence so ancient it is ashamed of saying nothing, yet carries a hidden speech.

A Deriva Poética de Thata mergulha na "feitiçaria escrava" e na oração esquecida, revelando a deusa visão (goddess vision) ao se conectar pela forma mais antiga, atravessando as dobras da comunicação. O Hype of the Hype indaga se os Computadores fazem arte.

The tension grows with obsolete technology: Silicon Ancestors are old machines whose screens still shine but are now junk because they don't run new software. This leads to Binary Panic when the 01 connection fails, and the system doesn't run—as if it were programmed to stop.

O álbum questiona se somos Idiots que buy the line for the next shiny thing, ou se podemos hackear (hack it) para atualizar drivers incompatíveis, combatendo a latency agency of corporations.

In Colors - Tarantella, we experience an overload of all sense, where poison is extracted through dance, leading to near-death elation and "almost reincarnation". The track Never Sleep portrays the reality of scrolling for hours, never finding the answer due to incompatible drivers.

Finally, Daemon History projects a future where Language mingles and Sound decomposes singing, leading to a semiotic break structure awake and the crucial question: What will be of what was?
