Always impressed by the mixing abilities and selections of the self-professed music obsessive, we discussed her ups and downs of 2021, transitioning into music production and releasing her debut work ‘Venus In Crime’ as part of our fundraiser comp in Autumn, 2021.

Radio On Vacation with Ariane V

Ariane V is a sucker for an infectious house cut. Not your regular "monotonous doof doof" as she calls it, we're talking the kind of house music that'll keep your energy levels high and your bodies moving from the get go. 

The Czech-born, London-based DJ has come up through the ranks as part of Common Ground (FKA Rhythm Sister), a DJ collective who platform, support and promote womxn, non-binary and trans artists.

Thanks to her refined tastes, which you can hear on her monthly radio show on South London's Balamii, individually she's been picking up regular slots across London and the UK, with an upcoming debut overseas in Slovakia soon.

Best listened to as a little Friday night sonic pre-amble or to soundtrack your home cooking, Ariane's Shine A Light offering is an hour and a half journey through laidback jams, cosmic chuggers, uplifting vocal house and driving progressive cuts, with a couple of tracks from her native Czech Republic thrown in the mix.
