It couldn’t last so I headed out west

Sunshine movie stars and music so slick
Man it makes me sick

The gang meets downtown on Sunset
Business as usual
But someone said something wrong
something about someone’s mom
The hammer falls

Gets clipped and falls to the ground
Every news-van and chopper all gather round
“How could this happen in our own town?”
