BULBUL ZAMAN (2008)
The first album is called Bulbul Zaman and was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studio where famous musicians and bands have recorded their own albums. These include Madonna, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, U2 and many others. A feature of this album is that it contains an astonishing mixture of modern and ancient Kazakh musical instruments. The album has 17 tracks making it a treasure of Kazakh musical history, as well as a magnificent offering of more modern compositions.

The Magic of Nomads is a Kazakhstani band which performs national and traditional Kazakh music with modern jazz arrangements. The band consists of several talented musicians whose passion for their work makes their inimitable sounds exemplary of the very best in ethnic music.
They recorded their first album, Bulbul Zaman, in the famous Abbey Road studio in London, the first time that Kazakh musicians had recorded there.
