Janifer and Pedro talk about New York Comic Con, about the new 7 train extension that now leads directly to the convention center, and how New York Comic Con can be compared to Mardi Gras, but with colorful cosplayers versus drunk college spring breakers.

They also remind, both men and women, to get their boobs checked, because it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. (Think Pink)

Janifer will be reporting from some of the panels at comic con and our sister podcast "Pop Tech Jam's" host JD Biersdorfer will be hosting the "New York Times OUT presents LGBT in Comics" panel on Thursday night.

TMI Ep. 12 Star Wars, Cosplay, & Park Ave. Privilege

In this week’s episode of The Mass Invasion Podcast, Janifer and Pedro talk real life scary stories from their personal vaults.

Janifer talks about her personal experience walking through the real Central Square Mall from Silent Hill 3, and getting lost in a dark, abandoned hospital alone while on the set of show Nurse Jackie.

Pedro’s recalls his real life experience with a Santeria ritual reminiscent of the ritual in the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom movie, and story of the little girl’s voice that wanted him to keep her secret.

TMI 13 – HALLOWEEN 2015 EDITION – LUCKY 13

Disney, known as the “happiest place on earth”, home of the Mouse, laid out their plan for cinematic global domination for 2016-2017 during D23 this year, and Pedro and Janifer had to put their two cents in.

In this episode of the podcast, the TMI’s dynamic duo (not to be confused with Gotham’s dynamic duo – Bruce Wayne doesn’t have copyright, so quit stalking us!) discuss movies and focus on many of the the animated-to-live-action conversions and remakes being popped out by Disney for the coming year, including some popular sequels.

TMI 14: HOUSE OF THE MOUSE’S PLAN FOR GLOBAL FILM DOMINATION IN 2016

On this episode of The Mass Invasion podcast, Pedro and Janifer discuss Jessica Jones, and what’s been the buzz since the show has been released to the masses.  Janifer discusses the recently added play-by-plays added to the TMI review list for the show and how it’s more sexy than Marvel’s other Netflix offerings.  We also touch upon the upcoming Iron Fist and Defenders team-up for Netflix.

We go from Tom Baker from the classic series to Christopher Ecclestone, who restarted the series, into our favorite, David Tennant to the current Doctor, Peter Capaldi.

We also have a discussion on who was our favorite companions from the refreshed series.  Whereas Pedro was a fan of Rose, Janifer loved the story between Rory and Amy, with her favorite being Clara, the current companion.
