Afternoon Special is a programme that ran on BBC Local Radio stations in the 80s and 90s (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln) in the East Midlands of the UK between 2pm and 4pm, presented by the late Dennis McCarthy. This was it's fantastic signature tune.
