We're now just days away from the Connacht Championship meeting between Mayo and Galway and in this episode of the Mayo News Football Podcast we preview the big game on Sunday at MacHale Park. Joining Rob Murphy in looking ahead to the match are ex-Mayo player and RTÉ analyst Kevin McStay and ex-Galway player and Galway Bay FM analyst Barry Cullinane. 

After the lads start off with some memories from previous encounters between these two great rivals, the focus turns squarely towards Sunday's contest. The importance of this match from the perspectives of both managers is discussed and the key match-ups for Sunday are considered. 

The lads then look at the players who could have a major impact on the game and as they do they touch on Aidan O'Shea's positioning, Kevin McLoughlin's form, Shane Walsh's battle with Padraig O'Hora last summer and why we might see a different match-up at MacHale Park, how Mayo might best deal with Paul Conroy and how Galway might handle Ryan O'Donoghue.

The Ukrainian government is quickly learning that it can say anything, literally anything at all, about what's happening on the ground there and get it uncritically reported as an actual news story by the mainstream western press.

The latest story making the rounds is a completely unevidenced claim made by a Ukrainian government official that Russians are going around raping Ukrainian babies to death. Business Insider, The Daily Beast, The Daily Mail and Yahoo News have all run this story despite no actual evidence existing for it beyond the empty assertions of a government who would have every incentive to lie.

Adan Mor was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has been on the scene for almost two decades as a DJ and more than a decade as a producer. He is one of the great Brazilian Techno talents. "Void" takes the title of the EP and has a 909 drum characterized by saturation and synthesizers that create tensions in the repetitive melody of the track. This certainly is a powerful and soothing track for the dance floor. Second tracks is called "Dark Texture" and has a dark powerful climate. Some wild arpeggiators carry the track from start to finish giving it a general mood of deep anxiety. Some catchy melodies, which are also a main part of the track, combine perfectly and completes the full potent EP.

Ian Boddy has been at the forefront of the UK electronic music scene since 1983, when he both performed at the very first UK Electronica Festival in Milton Keynes and released his first vinyl album, The Climb.
